High Dose Vitamin C

Pharmacologic vitamin C for immune, oncologic-support, and antioxidant protocols.

60–120 minutes
Physician-supervised

Overview

High-dose (typically 15–50g) vitamin C infusions used as adjunctive therapy in immune conditions, chronic fatigue and, under co-management with oncology, cancer support protocols.

Key benefits

  • Pharmacologic antioxidant activity
  • Immune modulation
  • Adjunctive oncology support (with oncologist)
  • Collagen and connective tissue support

How it works

60–120 minutes; requires G6PD screening before first dose.

Mechanism

At pharmacologic plasma concentrations, ascorbate acts as a pro-oxidant to tumor cells while remaining antioxidant to normal cells; also cofactor in collagen and neurotransmitter synthesis.

Who is this for

  • Chronic infection or fatigue patients
  • Patients working with an oncologist
  • Long-COVID recovery

Considerations & safety

G6PD deficiency is an absolute contraindication. Caution in kidney disease.
