Payment card data is processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant processors. VitaFlow does not store full card numbers.

We collect anonymized analytics (pages viewed, device type, referral source) to improve site performance and user experience.

We share information only with authorized clinicians, business associates under HIPAA-compliant agreements, payment processors, and when required by law.

Medical records are retained for the minimum periods required by Florida law and federal regulations. Non-medical data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described.
