Please read these terms carefully before using VitaFlow services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, mobile services, telehealth consultations, and clinical wellness services offered by VitaFlow Longevity, LLC ("VitaFlow," "we," "us"). By scheduling an appointment, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing VitaFlow, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
02.Medical Disclaimer
VitaFlow services are intended to support general wellness, longevity, and preventive health. They are not a substitute for emergency care or treatment of acute medical conditions. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider with any medical concerns.
03.Eligibility Requirements
You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of a U.S. state where VitaFlow is licensed to provide services. Some treatments require additional medical screening and clinician approval.
04.Telehealth Services
Telehealth visits are conducted by licensed clinicians via secure audio/video technology. Availability of telehealth depends on your location and applicable state regulations. See our Telehealth Consent.
05.Wellness Services
Wellness services include IV Therapy, NAD+ Therapy, Peptide Therapy, Weight Loss Programs, Wellness Consultations, Epigenetic Testing, Cancer Screening, and Mobile Wellness Services. Eligibility is determined on a per-patient basis.
06.Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with the services you select using a valid payment method. Pricing is displayed prior to checkout and may change with notice.
07.Subscription Terms
Certain programs (e.g., membership plans, recurring IV protocols) renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime through your patient portal or by contacting support.
08.Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through the patient portal. Confirmations and reminders are sent via email or SMS.
09.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are not charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
10.Refund Policy
Services already rendered are non-refundable. Unused prepaid services may be refunded at VitaFlow's discretion. Product purchases follow the return policy printed at checkout.
11.User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate medical and personal information, follow clinician instructions, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
12.Intellectual Property
All content, branding, protocols, and software on the VitaFlow platform are owned by VitaFlow or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaFlow's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VitaFlow, its affiliates, and clinicians from any claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
15.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for disputes lies in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
