IV Therapy
Mobile vs In-Clinic IV Therapy: How to Choose
VitaFlow delivers IV therapy two ways: in our Miami Beach clinic on Washington Avenue, and as a mobile service to homes, hotels and offices across South Florida.
Neither is automatically better. The right choice depends on the protocol, how much monitoring it needs, and what your day looks like.
When in-clinic makes more sense
Longer or higher-intensity protocols — NAD+ in particular — benefit from a controlled setting with a clinician close by for the full session.
First appointments are also easier in-clinic: intake, vitals, labs where indicated and a proper conversation about the plan all happen in one visit.
When mobile IV therapy wins
Hydration, recovery, immune and vitamin drips are well suited to mobile delivery once you have been screened and have an established plan.
Travel schedules, post-event recovery, families treating together and anyone who simply cannot leave the office are the common cases. Availability depends on clinician scheduling and your location within South Florida.
What stays the same either way
Physician oversight, licensed clinicians, screening before treatment, sterile single-use supplies and documented aftercare do not change with the setting.
If a protocol is not appropriate to deliver outside the clinic, we will say so and offer an alternative. Every VitaFlowFL protocol starts with a physician-led consultation, comprehensive labs, and a written plan — so care is personalized, monitored, and safe.
Frequently asked questions
+Do you offer mobile IV therapy in Miami Beach?
Yes — mobile IV therapy is available to homes, hotels and offices across South Florida, subject to clinician availability and screening.
+Is mobile IV therapy as safe as in-clinic?
The same licensed clinicians, screening and sterile technique apply. Some protocols still need a clinic setting because of infusion length and monitoring.
+How long does a mobile appointment take?
Most standard drips run 30–60 minutes plus setup. Longer protocols such as NAD+ are generally scheduled in-clinic instead.
+Can my first appointment be mobile?
We usually recommend starting in-clinic so intake, vitals and any labs happen in one visit; after that, mobile is straightforward.
